Customer Service is not a department………it’s an attitude!” This is what City Wide Vending and all its employees believe and strive for each day! You the customer are priority number one at City Wide Vending because without you we don’t exist. We believe in working with you day in and day out, making sure items are stocked in the vending machines that you want to purchase. We don’t dictate what is stocked in your vending machines at each scheduled service and only fill the vending machines with name brand items you and your colleagues want to purchase and consume. If a machine malfunctions we respond immediately as our service department tracks all machine service issues in a computer database. One of our customer service representatives will have a vending machine mechanic dispatched to your premises in an hour or less. We track each machine individually so we are able to monitor the machines history. The service department is available for you to report any service or mechanical issues 24 hours a day / seven days a week. |
